Concentration can be permanently improved by the LTA therapy developed by Linda Evans. It is the view of LTA (Liberty, Truth, Ability) that a concentration problem is the result of negative programmings or ‘patterns’ in the subconscious mind. LTA Personal Development can break down these programmings, as a result of which the problems will disappear. When the patterns responsible for concentration problems are no longer present in the subconscious mind, your concentration will be significantly improved and the lack of concentration will be completely gone.

Jan has been treated with LTA for all kinds of problems and also to improve concentration. He described his problem as follows: “I am unable to concentrate well while I am studying. I get distracted by other things and I give them my attention. When I have an exam and I fear that I am not going to do well or that I might be disapproved off or criticized, I prefer to occupy myself with something else so that this stress decreases. Sometimes I am too preoccupied with the things that keep me busy emotionally. I get stuck in that emotion then and I have more difficulty to concentrate. Sometimes I get the feeling that there is no point in what I am doing. That reduces my motivation and I have more difficulty to concentrate.”

LTA succeeded to significantly improve Jan’s concentration, as can be read in the first series of results: “In the past, where I needed about 10 hours to study a certain subject to master it, I only need about six hours for it now. For me that in itself is a remarkable improvement. I can clearly concentrate better while I am studying. I no longer have the tendency to run away. I actually rather enjoy studying and am therefore doing it less reluctantly. I am also finding it easier to memorize the material that I study and I understand everything faster.”

Also Dalila has been treated with LTA distance therapy and she had concentration problems was well: “I postpone most things that have to happen and I can begin with it only with much difficulty. I’m not good at coping with stress and consequently I have difficulty concentrating when I suffer severely from stress. I need to have sufficient information and time in order to be able to start with a task, only then I can begin with it and I can sufficiently concentrate on it.
When something is very difficult and I know it will cost me a lot of effort , I have difficulty concentrating, I just don’t have the patience for it. Then I postpone it or I don’t engage in it at all. I had to assimilate large philosophical texts in English at a certain time at school. It had trouble keeping my mind on it since this was very difficult for me.

When something is very boring I also have difficulty focusing on what I’m engaged in at that time. The next time I’ll have to deal with the same thing I’ll keep on postponing it or I will no longer engage in it at worst. Or I set about and proceed a little bit at a time.
When I do something, I really have to feel good inside, when this is the case, I can, for example study for about three hours without any problem (then I take a break every hour).

I really have difficulty concentrating when I’m stressed out, hurried, when I feel sad or tired; then I try to fight it, but that’s very difficult. After I didn’t do something or did it with too much delay, I feel guilty and frustrated.”

Dalila testifies that her concentration has significantly improved due to LTA therapy as she mentions in the second series of results: “The last few months I have noticed I can much better concentrate at school and at the work placement when listening in class, studying, writing papers or making things. I can better start with a task when I don’t have much time (I couldn’t start with something under pressure of time, I couldn’t concentrate). I still have a tendency to put things off, but a whole lot less, though. I have had several deadlines and I have been pressed for time and I have put an awful lot of time in certain pieces of work in the last few months. I have been able to concentrate very well on everything, whereas it was difficult and a lot (before I had difficulty concentrating when something was difficult). I no longer postpone when something is difficult, now I’ll rather set about sooner. I can concentrate much better on philosophy and art history. I have obtained higher marks, I have gained higher marks than ever before in the past.”

“In the past my thoughts would always wander off when I had to focus on something. For example my thoughts would always wander off when I was watching a film. Now I enjoy what I do or see more. When walk outside, I see everything around me, how beautiful it is. When I go out, I enjoy the music intensely, when I watch a film, I’m totally wrapped up in it. I’m focused when talking to someone.”

Tamara also used to have concentration problems: “I’m never focused for 100% on the other person in a conversation. Then I’m sometimes in my own world of thought. I’m very focused on myself, whether I blush or not, etc. and as a result I have difficulty listening and concentrating, I’m particularly occupied with my attitude. Then I think: ‘Oh no, I don’t dare to look at this person, oh no, I flush’.”

After the second LTA treatment, Tamara could notice a significantly improved concentration: “I can already listen much better. I follow the conversations more, I’m less focused on myself. My concentration is much better. I notice the conversations are becoming a lot more enjoyable again. I don’t withdraw into my own world anymore, neither when I feel a little worse. There always seemed to be a wall around me, now I see and hear things as they are. I’m not alone with my thoughts anymore. I’m not so dreamy anymore. I can also better concentrate on a book or on a film.”

After the third treatment series, her concentration has improved even more: “I have puzzled delightfully and I have read a book, my concentration and peace have really increased. When I’m watching TV, I’m less thinking about other things, usually my thoughts wander off more, now I look at what is presented and so I also follow it. Now I can keep my thoughts with what I’m doing so much better, in conversations as well as in reading books, watching TV, puzzling, etc. Also when I’m walking or riding a bike, I notice the things around me, and my thoughts aren’t elsewhere.”

Emmanuela‘s concentration problems have had serious consequences for the rest of her life: “When I was in secondary school, I didn’t manage to study. I postponed the studying endlessly and I had great difficulty concentrating. I never studied. Consequently I didn’t graduate from secondary school.
I would like to start studying biology at the University of Antwerp. First I still have to study three more years in adult education in order to graduate from secondary school before I can start with this training.”

After the LTA treatment, Emmanuella confirms that LTA has considerably improved concentration: “I couldn’t get myself to study. This is much better, I can easily get to study now, I can study for hours on end and I can concentrate very well. I can better form sentences, I can better express what I want to say. I’m still always very nervous during an exam and therefore I still forget to mention things, but I already forget less, though.”

An inferiority complex can be completely removed with LTA therapy. It is the view of LTA (Liberty, Truth, Ability) Personal Development that the cause of all psychological problems isn’t to be found in the brain, but in the subconscious mind. This subconscious mind is situated in and around the human body and contains millions of programmings or patterns. When someone has an inferiority complex, this is caused by specific patterns in the subconscious mind that determine this. These patterns are composed of an invisible matter that can be both perceived and broken down by LTA therapist Linda Evans. She can perceive the subconscious mind from a distance and destroy the subconscious blockages responsible for an inferiority complex. When the patterns of a certain problem are removed from the subconscious mind, someone will be completely and permanently relieved of all problems.

Jan has been treated with LTA therapy for a few years for various psychological, emotional and physical problems, including an inferiority complex. Although Jan was intelligent (at the time of the treatment he was a medical student and in the mean time he has graduated as a doctor), he felt inferior in various areas:

“When I don’t understand something quickly, I think I’m very stupid, I go tense and I don’t manage to understand it anymore. When I don’t understand something I feel afraid, frustrated and inferior.”

I also feel inferior about my descent. I come from a working class family in which both my parents haven’t had a higher education or haven’t achieved much in their lives. Furthermore, I feel inferior to people who are attractive, full of confidence and who seem to have succeeded in life. I feel inferior to people who appear to be much more confident and sophisticated than I am. I’m quickly impressed by people who are more intelligent. Then I brush myself aside and I think I don’t know anything.

I feel inferior in situations with people who have the gift of the gab or who are popular. I also feel inferior to women I like. I often feel inferior, as if I’m not good enough. I feel even more inferior in situations in which I feel rejected, ignored or ridiculed or in which I’m being criticized or meet with opposition. I often feel insecure in relationships with people because of these feelings of inferiority.”

After a first series of treatments with LTA therapy, Jan could already notice a difference in his inferiority complex: “My feelings of inferiority have faded more into the background.”

A part of Jan’s inferiority complex was completely gone as we can read in the second series of results: “I don’t feel inferior anymore with regard to my descent or to people who are more attractive and more popular than me. I also feel less inferior to women.

I feel a little more confident in relationships with people in general. I’m also less concerned about how people will react to me. I’m also less concerned whether or not people are looking at me in the gym.”

His inferiority complex has been completely solved in the fourth series of results: “My feeling of self esteem has increased a lot. Now I feel more like: ‘I too can achieve what others achieve’ in all kinds of situations in which I used to feel inferior. I too am capable of doing something, my opinion is valuable too. I know I’m intelligent, I am actually worth it, though. I no longer feel like: I’m completely at the bottom an others are completely at the top. I disapprove of myself or criticize myself far less with people who know better or who can do it better than me. I’m less impressed by people who can explain everything very well. I also have a higher feeling of self worth with regard to women I like.”

Marnyka, an American woman who was treated with LTA therapy, suffered from feelings of inferiority before the treatment: “I feel inferior because of my skin colour. I feel I always have to prove myself as an African-American woman.”

Her inferiority complex is completely resolved after the test treatment: “I don’t have any feelings of inferiority about my skin colour at all anymore. I know I have a different shade than others, but I don’t feel there’s something wrong with me. I no longer feel I have to prove myself because I’m an Afro-American woman”.

Dalila was treated with LTA for all kinds of emotional problems, including feelings of inferiority: “I sometimes used to have feelings of inferiority at school about the fact that I felt very insecure. I also feel inferior because I’m not frivolous enough, I have too few friends, I don’t have a pleasant life, I still haven’t obtained a diploma, don’t have a house of my own, have debts and regularly feel depressed. I’m ashamed about all these things and I’m even ashamed about my own feelings of shame. I feel inferior when I run into friends from the past, especially when they ask me how I am. When I hear them tell how their lives have evolved since, then it seems like my life has stagnated, which makes me feel inferior.”

Her inferiority complex was completely gone at the first series of results: “I have accepted myself. As a result all feelings of inferiority and shame I used to have about how I am and about the fact that I still haven’t achieved anything, are gone. I don’t doubt myself anymore. I don’t need to prove myself anymore. My complex that I’m not good at anything, has gone. Now I think I’m not perfect, but good enough, I know I’m good at certain things and not so good at others. I’m in balance.”

Tamara has been treated with LTA for an anxiety disorder that brought about feelings of inferiority as well: “I got feelings of inferiority as a result of my fears, both with strangers and with people I knew. I can’t be myself because of my fears, and I always come across as clumsy as a result. Then I feel weak on the inside and on the outside. Of course I feel inferior to other people, they can work and I can’t! The more fearful I become, the more insecure I get. I always feel less than the rest in groups. I used to do the talking in the past, I constantly made jokes, I was talking a lot, not anymore now.”

Tamara was able to find an improvement concerning her inferiority complex in the third series of results: “My self-image has improved, but I do still have low self-esteem. I still always feel a little inferior, but I’m already a lot less disappointed in myself. I look more at the positive things than at the bad things in myself. My self-confidence is growing. I’m sometimes really proud of myself when I have once again done something that I normally wouldn’t do. My sense of humor has also returned more and more, I already do sometimes dare to make a funny remark again.”

Emmanuela too sometimes felt inferior before the LTA treatment: “I feel inferior to the entire world about the fact that I don’t have any self-discipline. This is a daily concern and one day I resign myself to it and then I think that’s just the way it is and the other day I’m on the verge of desperation and an anxiety attack. I lack discipline and perseverance. I always start anew in good spirits, but doubt, fear and a negative self image quickly undermine these plans and the actions involved. I’m someone who does have capacities, but who doesn’t bring anything to a successful ending.”

This is what Emmanuela says about her inferiority complex after the LTA treatment: “I no longer agonize about not having enough self-discipline, it doesn’t make me feel inferior anymore. I can better accept myself the way I am.”
