Improve concentration

Concentration can be permanently improved by the LTA therapy developed by Linda Evans. It is the view of LTA (Liberty, Truth, Ability) that a concentration problem is the result of negative programmings or ‘patterns’ in the subconscious mind. LTA Personal Development can break down these programmings, as a result of which the problems  will disappear. When the patterns responsible for concentration problems are no longer present in the subconscious mind, your concentration will be significantly improved and the lack of concentration will be completely gone.

Jan has been treated with LTA for all kinds of problems and also to improve concentration. He described his problem as follows: “I am unable to concentrate well while I am studying. I get distracted by other things and I give them my attention. When I have an exam and I fear that I am not going to do well or that I might be disapproved off or criticized, I prefer to occupy myself with something else so that this stress decreases. Sometimes I am too preoccupied with the things that keep me busy emotionally. I get stuck in that emotion then and I have more difficulty to concentrate. Sometimes I get the feeling that there is no point in what I am doing. That reduces my motivation and I have more difficulty to concentrate.”

LTA succeeded to significantly improve Jan’s concentration, as can be read in the first series of results: “In the past, where I needed about 10 hours to study a certain subject to master it, I only need about six hours for it now. For me that in itself is a remarkable improvement. I can clearly concentrate better while I am studying. I no longer have the tendency to run away. I actually rather enjoy studying and am therefore doing it less reluctantly. I am also finding it easier to memorize the material that I study and I understand everything faster.”

Also Dalila has been treated with LTA distance therapy and she had concentration problems was well: “I postpone most things that have to happen and I can begin with it only with much difficulty. I’m not good at coping with stress and consequently I have difficulty concentrating when I suffer severely from stress. I need to have sufficient information and time in order to be able to start with a task, only then I can begin with it and I can sufficiently concentrate on it.
When something is very difficult and I know it will cost me a lot of effort , I have difficulty concentrating, I just don’t have the patience for it. Then I postpone it or I don’t engage in it at all. I had to assimilate large philosophical texts in English at a certain time at school. It had trouble keeping my mind on it since this was very difficult for me.

When something is very boring I also have difficulty focusing on what I’m engaged in at that time. The next time I’ll have to deal with the same thing I’ll keep on postponing it or I will no longer engage in it at worst. Or I set about and proceed a little bit at a time.
When I do something, I really have to feel good inside, when this is the case, I can, for example study for about three hours without any problem (then I take a break every hour).

I really have difficulty concentrating when I’m stressed out, hurried, when I feel sad or tired; then I try to fight it, but that’s very difficult. After I didn’t do something or did it with too much delay, I feel guilty and frustrated.”

Dalila testifies that her concentration has significantly improved due to LTA therapy as she mentions in the second series of results: “The last few months I have noticed I can much better concentrate at school and at the work placement when listening in class, studying, writing papers or making things. I can better start with a task when I don’t have much time (I couldn’t start with something under pressure of time, I couldn’t concentrate). I still have a tendency to put things off, but a whole lot less, though. I have had several deadlines and I have been pressed for time and I have put an awful lot of time in certain pieces of work in the last few months. I have been able to concentrate very well on everything, whereas it was difficult and a lot (before I had difficulty concentrating when something was difficult). I no longer postpone when something is difficult, now I’ll rather set about sooner. I can concentrate much better on philosophy and art history. I have obtained higher marks, I have gained higher marks than ever before in the past.”

“In the past my thoughts would always wander off when I had to focus on something. For example my thoughts would always wander off when I was watching a film. Now I enjoy what I do or see more. When walk outside, I see everything around me, how beautiful it is. When I go out, I enjoy the music intensely, when I watch a film, I’m totally wrapped up in it. I’m focused when talking to someone.”

Tamara also used to have concentration problems: “I’m never focused for 100% on the other person in a conversation. Then I’m sometimes in my own world of thought. I’m very focused on myself, whether I blush or not, etc. and as a result I have difficulty listening and concentrating, I’m particularly occupied with my attitude. Then I think: ‘Oh no, I don’t dare to look at this person, oh no, I flush’.”

After the second LTA treatment, Tamara could notice a significantly improved concentration: “I can already listen much better. I follow the conversations more, I’m less focused on myself. My concentration is much better. I notice the conversations are becoming a lot more enjoyable again. I don’t withdraw into my own world anymore, neither when I feel a little worse. There always seemed to be a wall around me, now I see and hear things as they are. I’m not alone with my thoughts anymore. I’m not so dreamy anymore. I can also better concentrate on a book or on a film.”

After the third treatment series, her concentration has improved even more: “I have puzzled delightfully and I have read a book, my concentration and peace have really increased. When I’m watching TV, I’m less thinking about other things, usually my thoughts wander off more, now I look at what is presented and so I also follow it. Now I can keep my thoughts with what I’m doing so much better, in conversations as well as in reading books, watching TV, puzzling, etc. Also when I’m walking or riding a bike, I notice the things around me, and my thoughts aren’t elsewhere.”

Emmanuela‘s concentration problems have had serious consequences for the rest of her life: “When I was in secondary school, I didn’t manage to study. I postponed the studying endlessly and I had great difficulty concentrating. I never studied. Consequently I didn’t graduate from secondary school.
I would like to start studying biology at the University of Antwerp. First I still have to study three more years in adult education in order to graduate from secondary school before I can start with this training.”

After the LTA treatment, Emmanuella confirms that LTA has considerably improved concentration: “I couldn’t get myself to study. This is much better, I can easily get to study now, I can study for hours on end and I can concentrate very well. I can better form sentences, I can better express what I want to say. I’m still always very nervous during an exam and therefore I still forget to mention things, but I already forget less, though.”
